Up north, in Flagstaff, the aspen leaves are turning gold and burgandy, and here in the Sonoran desert valley, the rains continues to come grace us with much needed moisture. I travel back-and-forth between the two biomes, as I have home communities in both places. Nature always speaks to me, and opens up channels to my ancestors… My works reflect these dialogues. It is good to be wild at heart, Above is a new work completed this year. Many others are in various stages, cross pollinating one another.
